So excited when I saw this pop up in Denver! I have been for both brunch and dinner several times and have been SO pleased! From the atmosphere and friendly servers to the detail put into each dish. I love the menus equally and have opted for fried chicken sandwich, shrimp and grits, or holy $h!t breakfast (so worth it and pairs nicely with their spicy bloody margaritas or bottomless mimosas!) and for dinner I’ve been loving the tuna crudo, braided ravioli, and literally any cut of their steaks. It’s a staple for entertaining our guests, cozy brunches, or business meals. Very close to downtown happenings - short walk from Crawford Hotel and always willing to accommodate parties!
5 stars all around. Hands down my favorite place to eat in Denver, great service and cocktails but the food is even better. The lamb burger is one of the best things I’ve eaten in years. Will definitely be returning
We had a great time at church and Union in Denver. The restaurant itself has a cool setup with a nice bar and ample dining. The service was friendly and attentive, but not pushy. The fried chicken and the mussels with saffron were a real treat! Finishing with the banana benofee pudding, we decided we are definitely coming back (esp for cocktails) next time we’re in the area.
We LOVE Church & Union. I knew of this place from the Nashville location so was ecstatic to see they brought it to Denver! Our server Alec, had great energy & awesome customer service along with the rest of his team. They do a great job helping each other out and making sure cocktails were made properly! -shrimp & grits are INSANE there -French toast is top tier Definitely go check it out! It’s a great place to have large groups it is street parking so I suggest uber or walk if you live in the city like us
I came to Church & Union while in Denver for work with one of my girlfriends, and we ended up having way more fun than we expected. We came in late and honestly weren’t sure what the vibe would be, but the place was still alive with energy. Great crowd, great playlists, and just the kind of ambiance you want when you’re looking to unwind after a long day. The food? So good. Every dish came out hot, flavorful, and perfectly plated—even that late in the night. We shared a few plates, and everything hit. The cocktails were creative and strong (in the best way), and the staff was super friendly without being overbearing. It’s rare to find a spot that balances good food with a solid late-night scene, but Church & Union nailed it. We laughed, we danced a little in our seats, and we stayed longer than we meant to. Definitely a new favorite when I’m in town. Five stars. Vibe unmatched.
Absolutely incredible experience! I had initially reserved a table for two for my fiancé and I’s anniversary (little did I know it was an engagement dinner as well) for 6:30, but had received a call from a very nice lady saying there was an oversight on our reservation as they were hosting an event at 6. Instead of outright cancelling, she had offered us a table for their top chef collaboration dinner! The food, service, and atmosphere was out of this world! I couldn’t have asked for a better way to end our first night as fiancé’s! Literally cried all the way back to our Airbnb. So magical 10/10!
